You own the architecture of the multi-agent system underneath both products — how agents are composed into crews, how typed artifacts move between them, and how the supervisor decides a handoff is good enough to pass forward. This is the most consequential technical role on the team: the orchestration core is what every future vertical is built on, and it is patent-pending because the design decisions are the product.
You build the agents themselves — the PM that interrogates an idea, the QA that refuses to ship bugs, the signal generator that has to commit to a direction on a real ticker. This is applied LLM engineering where the output is checked against reality: code that has to compile and run, trades that settle in an account with a published P&L. Prompt quality here is an engineering discipline with a feedback loop, not a vibes exercise.
You'll write code that customers use, in your first month. On a team this size a junior engineer isn't parked on a side project — you'll own real features across the product surface, from the portfolio calculator and P&L dashboard to the backend endpoints and database policies behind them. You'll be reviewed closely and taught deliberately, and you'll be expected to grow fast.
A paid internship where you ship something real and put your name on it. You'll be given an actual scoped project — not a sandbox — with a named mentor, weekly one-on-ones, and a code review on everything you write. At the end you'll demo what you built to the whole team. Several of the best engineers we know started exactly here, and strong interns are our first call when a junior role opens.
